Through our network of partnerships, we showcase your home, including virtual tours, flyer information, extensive pictures. Does this work? You bet it does! Just look at our results.  Extensive Realtor Network. We make use of our extensive Realtor network. We have Realtors in the area calling our office wanting "the scoop". In other words, they want to know if we have any new properties hitting the market, before they hit the market.
 Our Tenants. Our Tenants are some of the best sources for new tenants. Many people want their family, friends and co-workers to live near them. We also give our tenants a referral fee for new tenants.
 Community Network. For many of the same reasons as pointed out in the previous section, we notify those living in the community that a property is available for lease. Furthermore, it helps foster community relationships and keeps extra sets of eyes on your investment property, during vacancies.
 Major Employers. Union Pacific, British Petroleum, Dell Computers, Lockheed Martin, NASA, General Motors, Ford, Bell Helicopter, and Texas Instruments are just a few of the major employers in the area. As these companies relocate their employees to Texas, more apartments and homes are needed.
 Relocation Companies. Employees relocating to the area need and look for properties that are available on a lease basis. They need to learn the area, and find out where places are located. During this time, they meet friends at work, and want to move to an area where their friends live. In the meantime, you have a highly qualified tenant.
