Currently, we have the following immediate openings:
Maintenance Specialist
Location: Arlington
Schedule (Days/Hours/Shifts): Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Night and Weekend hours may be required.
Rate of Pay (Hourly, Salary or Other): DOE
Education/Experience Required: Experience in apartment maintenance and
construction is preferred.
Specify Additional Requirements (License, travel, lifting, working conditions, etc):
Must have valid drivers license, be able lift and carrying. Knowledge and experience in electrical and plumbing is required.
Maintenance Specialist performs routine and preventative maintenance as directed from the Property Manager. Maintenance Specialist must have adequate verbal and written skills.
Maintenance Specialist will complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/ or necessary to fulfill job duties and oversee properties physical plant. Maintenance Specialist will work cooperatively with all managers and main office staff. Maintenance Specialist’s work will comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely. Maintenance Specialist reports to the Property Manager.
