JBA Property Management’s Accounting Department utilizes a state-of-the art hardware and software system. Our system is flexible and enables us to provide a full array of reports to meet your individual requirements.
 JBA Property Management has, over the years, developed and implemented a detailed financial control system. This system includes detailed budget development and review process, rigorous financial reporting, and formalized management reporting, which allows us to closely monitor the financial expenses and projections of each managed property. Financial reports are generated following the end of the preceding month’s activity.

 We insure that all operating, reserve and other accounts are properly set up, maintained, and reconciled.
We, working in concert with our Legal Department, enforce the collection of monthly rent, assessments and other charges.
 We oversee ACH Direct Deposit of funds to the account of your choice.
We prepare monthly financial statements showing total monthly activity by line item.
 We will provide copies of all bills and invoices paid from the account, if requested.
We conduct monthly audits of our accounting system to discover, evaluate, and review any discrepancy…down to the penny.
In addition to our monthly audit process, we conduct an annual audit to make sure that all expenses are within norms, and to evaluate the overall function and the preciseness of the financial controls in place.
