I wanted to write you a quick note…My experience is probably like a lot of others. I got into real estate investing when I saw a real estate program on T.V. one night. After purchasing a couple of properties, I never could make it work. The problems involved in trying to find tenants, keep them rented, and making sure I received the rent payments was a big problem. I tried another property management company. The guy said all the right things, but in the end I just got tired of being overcharged on simple expenses and never seeming to receive all of the rent I was due. I called JBA. What a difference. My properties have been consisitly rented and my rent is promptly direct deposited into my account each month. Now, I know what they mean by stress free.
